SUMMARY:Série TTP – Une rencontre éphémère - Hayahisa Tomiyasu
DESCRIPTION:Parallèlement aux projections\, Visions du Réel consacre cette année une exposition à la série TTP du photographe japonais Hayahisa Tomiyasu qui sera visible du 18 avril au 28 mai au Théâtre de Grand Champ\, à Gland. Au cœur de l’identité visuelle de la 57e édition de Visions du Réel\, la série TTP forme une collection photographique capturée par l’artiste japonais depuis la fenêtre de son appartement. Saluées par la critique\, les images mettent en scène une table de ping-pong dans un espace urbain\, dont la composition visuelle varie au fil du temps et au gré des saisons. En enregistrant pendant cinq ans la vie autour d’une seule et même table de ping-pong\, Hayahisa Tomiyasu l’appréhende non seulement dans son statut de décor mais aussi en tant que témoin du passage du temps. Les affiches du Festival empruntent certaines de ces photographies qui\, au-delà de la dimension sérielle et temporelle pouvant évoquer le cinéma\, témoignent de l’humour ou de l’absurdité qui parfois émanent du quotidien.
